DECEMBER OUTREACH WEEKENDS 2025:
Hi friends,
We know this is a bit early for many of you, but we’re already getting emails…
So here are the basics for our December outreach weekends 😊:
Thursday evening, December 4th through Sunday morning, December 7th.
Thursday evening, December 11th, through Sunday morning, December 14th.
Lodging: Holiday Inn Express, Nuevo Laredo. You will need to make your own reservations. Internet sites such as hotels.com tend to have the best rates.
Ministry: To children and their families through neighborhood visits, larger scale school outreaches, etc.
Border crossing (returning to the States):
Adults need a passport or birth certificate and legal I.D. are needed to cross back into the States. Children and youth without an I.D. need only a birth certificate. A PASSPORT IS NOT NECESSARY!!!!!
Team Registration: We must limit each weekend to approximately 55 people (a combination of teams and individual families) …with a maximum of 15(ish) persons per team. Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to join us…as we will be filling weekends space on a first come, first serve basis.
Gift pick-up: If you are along our Texas gift collection routes, the I-35 route is planned for Friday, Nov 21st, beginning in Waco. Corpus/Houston is planned for Thurs, Nov 20; and Katy/Lockhart for Friday, Nov 21.
Mailing gifts: Grace Bible Church (Regalos de Amor), 9901 Springfield Ave, Laredo, TX 78045. If at all possible, it would be best for boxes to arrive by Thursday, Nov 20th, …while church staff are still present. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call, text or email me! 😊
